Common help topics

Petflow support can help with account sign-in issues, cloud sync, health record questions, reminder issues, premium subscription access, and privacy requests.

Subscriptions

Subscription billing, cancellation, and renewals are managed through your App Store or Play Store account settings. If premium access does not appear immediately, reopen the premium screen in the app and try restoring purchases.

Privacy and account requests

Privacy questions and account deletion requests can also be sent to bmertmelih@gmail.com. Signed-in users can delete their account directly inside the app through Settings.
