Delete your Petflow account
Petflow provides an in-app account deletion flow for signed-in users.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Petflow.
- Go to Settings.
- Find the Delete Account option.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
What is deleted
When account deletion completes, Petflow removes the signed-in cloud account, the related user profile, pet entries, health records, vaccinations, medications, activities, weights, journal entries, care task states, and associated storage files controlled by the app.
Guest mode data
If you use Petflow in guest mode without signing in, your data stays on your device. Removing the app may remove that local data, subject to device backups.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in or cannot access the app, email bmertmelih@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and include your request to delete the account.
